After the nurse impostor served 5 months of her 5 year prison sentence, Judge Terry McDonald released her on "shock probation." This action was done outside of the normal parameters of the law; it was done without notifying the district attorney's office nor any of the victims. Plus, reports of her alleged attempted "jail break" were not longer available on the county's computers.
